For four consecutive months, sipgate doubled revenue from mid-market target customers every month—without adding a single sales hire. No new team. “Just” a revenue system that became measurable, standardized, and manageable for the first time.

Maximilian Greschke, Founder and CEO of Recare, shared his company's journey and the pivotal role of Sales Playbook in their transformation. Recare is a SaaS provider for hospitals, optimizing discharge management and post-discharge care coordination. Approaching Series B, Recare needed to transition from aggressive market share acquisition to sustainable growth through upselling and cross-selling. TTE Strategy is a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in strategy development and execution for companies with annual revenues between CHF 100 million and 3 billion. With offices in Hamburg, Munich, and Zurich, the company has scaled from 5 to over 35 employees since its founding in 2015. Until 2020, TTE Strategy primarily relied on network-based sales but needed to break out of this "network sales bubble" and strengthen its outbound acquisition efforts.
