Start Global is a student-led organization with a unique structural challenge: every year, more than 50% of the team changes. While HubSpot was already in place for several years, this constant rotation led to significant knowledge loss and inconsistent CRM usage over time.

Deals from multiple years were mixed in the same pipelines, data quality varied heavily, duplicates accumulated, and processes were handled very differently depending on who was responsible at the time. Although Start Global was paying for HubSpot, they were effectively using only a small fraction of its capabilities.

After several years of incremental deterioration, Start Global was looking for a hands-on external partner to press the reset button, clean up the system, and rebuild HubSpot in a way that would be sustainable long-term and resilient to team turnover.
